Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

 

 

 

We accept returns under the following conditions:

 

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

 

 

Items returned with excessive wear, missing components, or damage not caused by shipping may be denied or partially refunded.

 

 

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

 

 

Certain items cannot be returned for safety, hygiene, or authenticity reasons, including:

 

  • Used skateboard decks

  • Used wheels, bearings, grip tape, and trucks

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Stickers once peeled or applied

  • Customized or modified products

 

 

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to contact us before sending it back.

 

 

 

3. Exchanges

 

 

We offer product exchanges for:

 

  • Wrong size

  • Wrong model or print

  • Defective items

  • Damaged-in-transit items

 

 

If the item you want is out of stock, you can choose a refund or store credit instead.

 

 

 

4. Defective or Damaged Products

 

 

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

 

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  2. Include photos of the product and packaging

  3. We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund

  4. In some cases, we may request the item be returned

 

 

Damage caused by regular use (chips, pressure cracks, grip wear, wheel wear, bearing wear, etc.) is not eligible as these are considered normal skateboarding wear and tear.

 

 

 

5. Return Shipping

 

 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error

  • Return labels may be provided at our discretion

  • Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable unless required by law

 

 

 

 

6. Refunds

 

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email notifying you of approval or denial.

 

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or provider.

 

 

 

7. Late or Missing Refunds

 

 

If your refund has not been received:

 

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank (processing times vary)

  3. If the issue persists, contact us directly
